Individuals, Couples & Families

I support individuals, couples and families to achieve their goals through developing tailored sessions and strategies for suit their  lifestyle, needs, existing strengths and challenges.   

 

I use a strength based approach, building on what is already functioning well and providing a supportive space to openly discuss opportunities for growth and development.  You do not need to be crisis to seek counselling support, often my clients are seeking support to achieve goals linked to health and wellbeing, adjust to changes in life circumstances, strengthen family relationships, improving communication, and address repeating areas of conflict.

These sessions provide a supportive space for anyone to work through challenges, build resilience, and foster a more cohesive and nurturing family dynamic.

My experience also includes supporting mental health concerns, relationship breakdown, co parenting, grief and loss, domestic violence, addictions, parenting, menopause support for women, dating support, self esteem and workplace related concerns.​​​

 

I believe that effective therapy should be affordable, accessible and efficient and most clients will have 3-6 sessions, and come back for future sessions as needed in the months / years following.
